I have two automobile policies with AALL. Leticia Beltran was the agent that helped me today. She was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and Answered all of my questions in detail. I was having issues with my policies that were not of the normal. She was able to navigate through both policies and mix around the vehicles to give me the absolute best price possible. She took her time with me and didn’t rush through. I went to the location on 59th Ave. and Thomas. The place of business was very clean and very organized. I was greeted instantly when I walked in and was offered chips or a cold bottle of water while I waited. I do and I will continue to recommend AALL insurance to all of my friends and family

I have had lots of other insurances but none as virtuous as all in attending my vehicle needs or accidents. I broke down on the freeway was confused in what to do. I called customer service and they took care if everything sent me a tow truck driver that was very respectful and curtious in attend me. Towed my car home with no problems.
