Upon returning the rental vehicle, female staff asked if there were any guns in the vehicle and if we removed them. I feel like I was profiled because I have tattoos visible on my arms, neck and face. That was uncalled for and unprofessional.

The absolute worst management team ever at the lomas store be careful cuz they will call your insurance and file a false claim and say you did all kinds of damage to their vehicle this place gave me a rental car because my insurance which I have full comprehensive and collision had booked me a rental car there I gave up my credit card before the deposit they charge me every day $900 I pay for 3 weeks my insurance company paid $1,800 for 3 weeks also they called the cops on me and sent them to my house said I stole the vehicle when they took money from me that morning and then called my insurance company and made a claim that I damaged the vehicle this company is a joke I intend to file every bad thing I can against them and I will never use them again nor will anybody in my family nobody in my circle nobody in my world fu Enterprise you're the worst furthermore if anybody knows who they use for insurance I would love to know it

Came to pick up car reserved, and they gave it away. Will never rent from them again, also lady was rude. Couldn't do anything to help us get a vehicle. Terrible experience. Ruined out little weekend vacation.

Be VERY careful about taking your business here! I have used many car rental companies and I have never been treated so badly as I was here. Everything was fine until turn in. They claimed I damaged the vehicle that I didn't do (and to be honest, that u can barely see. The had three people come look at it because u could barely tell it was there). Told me they were going to keep the $50 deposite and pressured me multiple times into paying upfront right then my $500 deductible without even filing a claim or determining damage costs or going through my insurance first. I will never use them again and will make sure everyone I know knows how sketchy this business is.
