Store was so filthy and not stocked. Their bathrooms were out of order and had to leave because my toddler couldn’t wait. The employees were nice though.

All the workers are simply trying their best, this is a mere corporation issue. Your staff is overworked beyond their pay grade and over 1,000 balloons on GRADUATION weekend is absolutely ridiculous. Your customers are rude and i don’t blame not a single worker for the way they react sometimes. Do better party city corporation

Ordered balloons for a graduation party. Got the notification that my order was ready, but when I got to the store they could not find my order. The lady behind the order was very rude and didn’t even try to find it. She just moved on to the next customer. After taking to the manager, his attitude was not much better. It took much persistence before the manager made some effort. He said they would have them in 15 minutes when I came back. Of course that didn’t happen. 1.5 hours later they had them ready. No apology, offered nothing to make it right. The laziness, arrogance, lack of work ethic.l, blatant lack of concern in this business is astonishing.

Made a large balloon order a week in advance. I showed up 20 minutes after scheduled time and the order hadn’t been started. They said a few minutes, the manager Delilah was extremely rude, acted like I was inconveniencing them. I had to wait 40 minutes for the order. No apologies or consideration for my inconvenience. It gets worse, my order was incorrect.
