It's not as bad as auto zone. But, they can't keep staff so sometimes you will go there at 7pm and the doors are locked closed I guess. They often have a hard time finding information that Napa can easily provide. There is a hot chick who works there and she is friendly. He coworker a Hispanic male seems jealous when you talk to her. But in general they don't seem to know anything about working on cars. Another reason to go to Napa. They seem to know almost nothing. Not straight up rude like auto zone. Just not staffed or knowledgeable.

Very nice people always ready to help,I didn't know the diference between some items and I got the wright one for my truck thanks to one of the guys who was there asking me if I need help.

Stopped by to buy a product that was supposed to be in stock, but nope! So made a trip there for nothing. Also, customer service was lacking! Waited for more than 10 mins. before someone asked what i needed, even though there were several employees walking around. Didn't even get a, "hi, we're kind of busy but, we'll get to you as soon as possible!" Felt like i was invisible. So guess this will be my 1st, and last visit!
