Worst place in the north valley. What was once a great store sucks. Rude, rude, rude. It's like crossing the border at Tijuana. The workers cannot find parts. Give you wrong information. Hang up on you. Don't answer the phone. Make you wait longer in line on purpose. This is the 4th and candelairia location. Rude. Just plane rude and they gave me the wrong information on something. It's falling apart bad there.

Commercial manger and employee are horrible the worst customer service ever. The manager lady was having personal conversations on the phone and ignoring the customers. And I was waiting to be cashed and it was my turn but she still ignored us and decided to take another phone call. Something has to be done about this.

The homie Manuel was a really big help! He really went above and beyond to help me get the right parts! He also gave me clear instructions on how to better replace my part! I'm very thankful to him and this does staff!

This used to be a good place to go until they change managers. Went in to return an item did not have receipt but did have it on my phone. So they wanted to put her on store credit which I was fine with the person that was helping me switched over to someone else and gave me another person. That person took about 5-10 minutes and still had to ask somebody to help him man ever finally showed up they asked for my ID twice. Took a long time please restrain your employees and the manager needs to help instead of waiting to the last minute. I wish you a man under was back she knew how to run the store.
