I have an addiction to this place. I go here like, at LEAST once a month and get a new bear. I’ve collected about 25, over 20 of them from this location. The staff is super friendly and accommodating with special requests I have, I know I can trust the store manager Victoria with carefully sewing up my most beloved delicate, well-loved bears perfectly, other staff members have sewed them nicely as well. The assistant manager Lauren is really helpful and can answer any question you have, she also takes the time to suggest outfits for me when I ask or do surgery on my bears if needed. The staff is very friendly and a few of them even know me by name because of how often I come in. The store is very clean and tidy and all the displays are nice to look at and well-sorted. I recently brought a friend in with me for her first build-a-bear and she loved it, she’s going to start collecting them now too. If you’re going, here’s a tip; if they have scents in stock, get a scent!! I get a scent in every bear I have and it makes them all the more cozy and cute when they smell good! Also perfect to give as gifts for various holidays, I’ve received bears for Valentine’s Day and Christmas and they’re wonderful presents, especially with a special custom voice message put inside. Attached are some of my most recent bears, I received the moose for Christmas and I got the pink frog and valentines vault bear dog in this month, the valentines frog has my boyfriends voice in it which makes it all the more special, and the moose is from my little sister who knew exactly what to get me! I had wanted to buy the moose myself but they sold out. The dog I purchased yesterday while taking my friend for her first experience, with a cute unicorn robe. Each has a scent!! Such nice quality stuffed animals and they do a lot of good deals like 2 for 45$ on selects or this gift card thing when you spend a certain amount. A special experience or gift for anyone of any age :) very well managed establishment and the experience is so worth going to make that stuffed animal all the more special!!

Great experience all the way around.. Very friendly and kind. Victoria patiently explained everything and even made a few personal recommendations to make my purchase more memorable. It was clear that she loves her job and I appreciate her going the extra mile during the holiday season.
