There are two salespeople that I find very helpful when I visit Office Depot. If I have any issue at all or need troubleshooting for a particular computer related problem, they go over and beyond expectations to help me resolve these issues, make suggestions for other products that will help me, or offer suggestions to troubleshoot problems (or they do it for me!). I can always count on both these valuable customer service people, Travis and Joe for excellent service. They keep me coming back to Office Depot for all my computer needs. I hope Office Depot recognizes the value of these two employees. I sure do! Thank you Travis and Joe for great service I can always count on!

Though the home-office printer I wanted was out of stock, sales associate Steve Oldeguy did everything to make me a happy customer. He ordered that printer online for me. This is called "great customer service."

I recently went into the Office Depot store in Durango, and was very surprised and pleased at how helpful everyone was. Specifically, Jade in the printing area of the store was knowlegable, extremely helpful and was able to help me with everything I needed. I would recommend this store to anyone.

I am a Durango local and have normally had very positive experiences with Office Depot. I was very disappointed today, asking for help with a very minor printing project. Rather than attempting this at home, I came into Office Depot today to pay to have this project done right. I was belittled by an employee who told me and then loudly told other employees so that I could hear her, about how she felt my request was problematic. Again, I was fully willing to pay to get this job done, not asking for anything free. I ended up going elsewhere to pay for this minor project, will not likely be going to Office Depot anytime soon because of how I was treated by this female employee.
