My husband and I came in here because we had to pick up a rental vehicle because a ridiculous 23 year old kid decided to run a red light and plowed clear into my husband's truck that he uses for BOTH his local small landscaping business AND as a personal vehicle. We arrived at Enterprise Anna Kassandra was ABSOLUTELY AHHHH-MMMAAZZZINGGGG! She provided top notch customer service to us. She totally put us at ease by chatting with us and offering a wide variety of vehicles for us to pick from. She even made us laugh after what a really challenging experience! My husband was unfortunately in pretty awful pain due to the poor decisions of someone being totally irresponsible with their actions that caused the wreck. We are beyond grateful for having such a wonderful experience at Enterprise. Thank you Kassandra for making an awful day a little bit brighter! You are INCREDIBLE!!!

I'm very disappointed with this Enterprise location. My company has an account with Enterprise and have been long-term customers but they really let us down today. We're trying to get our 2 wheel drive rental vehicle switched out into a 4-wheel-drive or AWD so that we can get over Wolf Creek Pass safely in a blizzard, but the woman we spoke with at this location told us that she wouldn't let us switch out our vehicle because "Everyone comes down here with 2 wheel drive vehicles, then wants to switch out to 4-wheel drive vehicles to get back home and we can't keep letting our 4-wheel drive vehicles leave town on one way rentals." So basically, they are more worried about their supply of 4-wheel drive vehicles running low then they are making sure that a long-time customer and account holder are taken care of and can safely get home. I will NEVER rent from Enterprise again.

When I initially stepped into the car I was a bit disappointed. It was a bit filthy. There were smudges and clearly not cleaned well. I actually took time to clean the car myself before I ventured on my trip. Perhaps I’m a clean freak, but it was definitely unacceptable. The vehicle itself was acceptable, but you could tell the lack of care by this company. They are definitely very affordable, but not taking care of their people.

I love Enterprise Rent-A-Car!! I love this location! They are very nice and they really listen!! I used them my first time last month and I had a great experience! The lady that helped me was very nice and really respected my questions and concerns. She told me about other coverages and got me a really nice car. I felt safe and happy with my choice.

Yes, you can return to the airport. We rental from the south location multiple times a year, and always get asked if we are returning to the airport. We don't, but it's free of charge and they will shuttle you to a location if needed.
Yes...rent at the airport they usually do not have 1 way fees
Everything is right there at the airport. Being only a two gate airport everything is easy to find and access with the rental cars.

Enterprise will always pick you up. They have a rental place at the south end of town also so no airport fees .
If they have to clean it do to hair or mud they will charge you for it.
Yes, I believe so and I believe they are there from 6am till 11pm. At the airport all the rental agents work all the car rentals .
