Very small store so playing the pianos is discouraged unless you are gonna buy one.

Wonderful locally owned store dedicated to the playing and purchasing of top quality instruments. I’ve taken lessons here for several years. As a pianist I am so glad to see a brick and mortar store in existence! Regarding some reviewers who left 1 or 2 stars because, they were not able to play the instruments on the spot , (without appointments) readers should know the best grand piano in the store goes for upwards of $70,000. If this was a luxury car dealership , you wouldn’t be able to bang on the cars as you pleased. The music lessons going on are serious and the students appreciate shoppers being courteous. Support local! Ask for Mr. Danny.

Friendly staff, great pianos at reasonable prices. Many different brands here to check out with wide variety. Staff are accomodating and allow you to play the pianos to thoroughly explore the instruments.

I went in this store today to start narrowing down my search for a baby grand. I recently bought a home, and I’m ready to upgrade my piano. When I walked in, there were a few customers walking around and an older gentleman was loudly playing a hymn. I wasn’t greeted by anyone, so I started looking at instruments. I played a few notes here and there, and still, no one greeted me. As I continued looking at pianos and playing a few chords, the older gentleman asked me if I was looking to by a piano today. I responded that I was in the near future but not today. He then asked me to stop playing the pianos so that he could assist a customer who was apparently buying an instrument. I was in the store no longer than 2-3 minutes. I went in this store a few times when they were located in the Savannah Mall to purchase sheet music, and I was almost always asked to not play the pianos because someone was teaching piano lessons. Without question, I will not return to this store.

With a 5 octave and pressure sensitive keys you will be good to practice, I use one and it works very well for me. But if it is for professional use it is more convenient to look for something with more octaves and functionalities
Generally no, but you can call the store and leave information about your piano. If the owner is interested he'll call you back.
