They send out bills to previous homeowner who have not owned the house for the last 2+ years. They have been notified of their mistakes multiple times and they do nothing. Terrible bank and terrible customer service. Stay clear of First Citizens Bank and check out Ally Bank.

There are a few spaces right in front but not many.
One unfortunately. Downtown Savannah. Its also the only ATM. Customer service is awesome. Great place but location wise can be difficult.
