A lot of equipment is broken- treadmills missing buttons, a pull up machine that used to be assisted is missing the step. The recent renovations are nice but they take up valuable gym space. It’s really hard to get a bench or squat rack here and if the personal training area is empty you still can’t use it. There’s at least one day a week where I have to leave because all machines I want (even alternatives) are taken. If you like machines then this gym may be good for you. I would go to another gym but there aren’t many close.

Poor customer service, management and incompetence. The manager(I think Leslie) cannot even resolve a simple dispute. I was being double charged every month. But I went there in right mind that it is simple thing to resolve. But I was astonished with the lack of courtesy and incompetence I received. My money is not refunded still. Update on July 15,2022 OK I emailed to the corporate services. They refunded me immediately. So this is localized issue not all.

I don’t often leave poor reviews but just wanted to save y’all some time and money. Got the lock to my locker bolt-cut while I was in the pool, they took my electronics, wallet, and stole my car. Manager did not care, would not let us look at footage. Cops told us the manager had been asked to put cameras outside the locker room the week before as this has happened multiple times at this point. Tried to cancel my membership by calling, they said i have to come in person to cancel it. I come in person, they “canceled it” by sending me an email telling me in order to cancel I have to mail in a cancellation form. I’m not even sure what to tell you at this point, just please don’t go here and save yourself some energy.

Money grubbing gym that cares more about gimmicks than actually providing good equipment and an environment to exercise. I prefer to do cardio sessions on the elliptical and the ones here are garbage. Most of the weight machines are getting rusted. Also weight lifting science is progressing more towards heavy barbell lifts, but this gym has 200 muscle isolation machines and three squat racks. The horrendous pop music is played at full volume even though every one in the gym has headphones on to listen to their own thing. In the last two years they replaced a racquetball court with a cheesy social-media-influencer-boxing-gym concept that flopped. Now they’ve replaced a large portion of the workout area with an artificial turf CrossFit-meets-flag-football area. I’m sure that will be gone soon too. The sign up fees and annual fees are corporate greed in action. Not worth it. Find anywhere else to work out.

Normally the universal hook session timing is in the evening between 5-8, but with COVID right now I don’t know how many hoop sessions or random games are going on right now
Lap pool, at least 5 lanes
I usually bring my belongings in a backpack with me and bring it on the floor with me when I workout.
Yes, and I haven't heard any complaints about that service
Google their locations and it shows distance.
