Can’t get in touch with anyone at the office. I asked for a contact lens prescription to be faxed to a new office and they transferred me to the pharmacy. Tried calling back and the phone rang for 5 minutes until it finally just decided to end on it’s own with no answer.

I don't really recommend this place, I got my first glasses here, honesty I got my glasses for an expensive price comparing other places, also when y got them they gave me just a blue Walmart case, They didn't give me my lens wipe or something to care for my glasses. Also, very poor customer service.

Sahro the optician was so kind, professional and patient. As was the doctor and the specialist who checked my eye pressure. First contact lenses in 20 years of wearing glasses, and I was so nervous. Your team made it easy and fun, and about $200 less than other area Renton clinics for the exam!

This was by far the best Dr. apt. experience I have ever had. I was a few min.s late to the appointment and they took me right back to fill out papers. Or should I say only one. That was nice to not have a bunch to fill out. From there are started the exam. The employees were so nice. They had me in and out, the whole apt. lasted about 35-45 min.s. To everyone out there I encourage you to change eye Dr.s over to Walmart optical. Thank you for the great friendly fast service Walmart Vision.

I have the same insurance. And no they wouldn't take mine. I am a cash patient. They are one of the cheapest places I found for Optical. Most Vision Care places dont take state insurance. Ive used Walmart Vision Center for around 10 years now. I love the time the employees spend with each client making sure they help you find exactly what you need. Also there prices are not outrageous.
