We think the level of care is good but since they moved to a new location seeing some changes. Difficult location and parking situation. Issues with long wait times waiting for a procedure (2 hours) and I had to ask what was the issue (no one checked in with me in the waiting room or my mom who was sitting in a blank walled cube in the back wondering what was happening. Her dilation wore off). Just called today and was put on hold for 15 min. Called back and was able to complete my request. My mom likes the doctor and the care, but they could tighten the customer service up a little bit. I hope this helps. Good to see that NWES responded. I don't need to talk to anyone. As a follow up, we had another appointment. Getting checked in and through the appointment went more smoothly. Nice.

Doctor and techs were super. Front desk staff gives you a huge hassle about letting you even go in with your spouse to see the doctor - they’re still so freaked out about Covid they lost their common courtesy and compassion and are a bit rude about it.

I was new to this clinic & didn't know what to expect. I was also there due to an emergency. From reception to providers, I was treated with care & genuine concern by each person there. The provider who treated me was very calming & addressed my questions & concerns with patience & respect. I highly recommend NW Eye Surgeons

It was an excellent experience. The waits were short, the team was well-organized, Dr. Hoki provided a comprehensive overview of the process and the timeline. She was also a careful listener: When I spoke, she sat back, folded her hands—i.e., she quit fiddling the knobs on the equipment—and concentrated on listening.
