RENTAL DAMAGE?! This company tried lying through its teeth about damage to a rental. They told us it was already there & they were aware of the damage when we rented the car & we would not be liable for it. We even had them put it in writing which ended up being separate from our rental agreement paperwork. After returning the car, a few months later we started to receive payment threats from them for the damage. Are you insane? They threatened to open an insurance claim against us & followed through with it at the end of last year 2021. Our insurance company made the process of dealing with them easy & we forwarded everything to them. There claim was closed & it was clear they were attempting insurance fraud. What a headache, I will never use this company again. Thank you USAA.

We have used Enterprise for years and have never been disappointed. Usually we would rent a vehicle for a long weekend to go somewhere local, but the last few years we have gone on long road trips out of state with the family and have rcvd great vehicles that we have had so much room for everything and never had had any vehicle issues. The prices are always great as well. We will continue to us Enterprise!

We have rented from Enterprise several times now (as well as a couple other places) and Enterprise has always been the best priced, easiest pickup, easiest drop off. We have never had an issue with receiving our deposit back or being charged additional for anything. We will for sure rent from them again!
