I thought this company was awesome at first. Initially they came in with a great attitude and for a new company were doing very well. They have some great people working for them (Tamara!!) but ultimately when you need information they could care less about providing it. One of the owners of the company even responded "Great" when I raised my issue and asked for help. Signaling that as the property manager that they do not care about the fact that my condo is under repair, and have refused to provide any information required for me to address it on my own. Furthermore, for an assessment they only gathered 1 bid and continued to support the push for an assessment despite not having a majority vote. Their actions put every home owner at the threat of litigation (which weeks after the fact) they have still not formally addressed.
