This company can do better. I would tell them that direct. They waste fuel and time. One thing that bugs me. They attempt to deliver a package more than once because they do not have a code even though they have been to my apartment complex several times before and the stick a notice at my gate entry box. And I was home all day waiting for my package only to find out they can't open the gate. They are idiots!!

All the people that work at this UPS have been so kind, friendly and helpful. I’ve been using their services there since December 2020. Bob and Tran made sure I had their direct line so I could call them to intercept packages and hold them there for me. Last time I was there on a freezing cold day I locked my keys in the car and had to wait for roadside assistance to come. Tran got me a chair so that I would be comfortable while I waited. She even offered me an extra coat and brought me a hot cuppa tea. Thanks, I really appreciate you guys. 🙋♀️

UPS trucks directly blocking fire hydrants, sometimes for up to 20-30 a day on my block, is a regular occurrence despite dozens of requests that have been made for them to stop this. But rather than address it they seem to think it is easier to just have Google remove the reviews pointing out this inconsiderate and dangerous practice. My business no longer uses UPS for our shipping for this reason. It's disappointing that they have so little regard for the communities in which they do business.

You need to request "same day will call" to have them hold the package at the costumer counter at this location.
If you have a tracking number starting with 1Z. If not you'll need to go to a UPS store.

Give ur address, and keep tracking number and call ups customer service. They will keep your package at the centre for pickup.

Yes, they can. You'll need to have the shipping label as a PDF. You can send it to them and they will print it there.
