No - we work with you on a variety of nutrition goals (yes, calories and macros are one of the options) but there are plenty of methods that best fit the nutrition principles that will help you with your goal(s).
No - online coaching is the service of providing you a training plan through our training app so you have access to a series of exercises that work best for your experience in the gym and goals. These are not scheduled classes to attend, but a platform to utilize.
