We shop here often. Easy to find and get to. Room for big rigs! They usually have everything we're looking for and they have 0/0 off sales quite often especially if you're a member. Never had work done on any RV's we've owned so we can't comment on the service department. Not the cheapest place to get RV gear but they have a great selection and good stock. They have gotten better at answering the phone when you call.

My husband and I own a 2016 toy hauler. We have 3 AC units on this trailer. We scheduled and appointment to diagnose the middle AC unit due to it not pushing cold air. We went through a whole ordeal taking time off work just to bring it in and move it to where they can "work on it" long story short they charge the $180 or whatever fee to diagnose and then say we needed to pay $2,000 for a new unit. My wife and I ordered a $180 capacitor and fan motor and installed it in 20 minutes. Blows cold and works great. Some half assory work. They do not have your best interest. Don't be gullible and listen to them. Follow your instincts otherwise you'll be paying a typical "mechanic " to do nothing and get paid a ton. They didn't even click it on to hear if it worked. Or remove the AC cover on the roof. YouTube will fix it better than these tards.

One of the worst customer service that I've ever experienced Was rude and Making sarcastic Unnecessary comments and could not give us any information to help us out with what our needs were. Heavy set man Sandy blonde hair Back in parts Department... I had to leave the store because of the way he was treating my boyfriend I could not stand there and watch it any longer. And Since you are one of the only camping RV stores around it's not like I cannot come to you any longer but if I had a choice I would not come back here again..

Was looking for a specific part tried calling three times to the parts department and no answer, called the front desk tried to get them to patch me through still now answer. The two ladies that are at the parts desk are just having s good ole time chatting it up. Had they picked up the phone I could have saved the trip here and not wasted my time.

Have never gotten them to answer. Great in-store service. I randomly call in an attempt to ditch online or going in. Sometimes they don't have what I need and the drive is far. But to no avail , they never answer!!!!
I understsnd, Fife sucks, will not go there anymore, try calling another store, I've done that with some luck !
In the day of smartphones customers call constantly for any and every reason prior to driving through the pnw. Answer is more phone calls than people to answer. You can go to campingworld.com and contact a store by email. I do apologize for the frustration customers face trying to make contact
Badly under staffed
They don't answer or you sit on hold. I even emailed the service manager about a order and had to call after 4 days to be told he hadn't looked at it and would call later. Horrible customer service
They are perennially short staffed and the phone gets least attention.
No, this location does not.
This location never answers their phone. I assure you that they are open. If you have questions, you can call the Portland location.
Let it ring till they answer.
Just living in it won't be moving it
Yes.
I was in CW the other day and I asked about that. They have a department with employees and their job is to just answer the phones. They haven't been able to hire anyone for the positions because no one is taking his now. Not awesome but that's why no one is answering.
Each store is similar yet carry slightly different stuff depending on the size of the sales floor
I called before I went up and they answered
Dicor with primer
Not sure.call Them and see if they allow spending the night there in your RV
Not sure I would stop by or call and ask.
Water and vinegar does work great you definitely have to air it out. Spray Febreeze or add a couple little tree air fresheners. Always use a dehumidifier or dry Z air containers during the rain season. If you have cushions with zippers on the covers, remove the covers , wash them in the washing machine along with any draperies or bedding. 90% of that musty smell is contained in the cloth. I hope this helps ...good luck !
If it was an online order you would need to contact mail order.
Yes.
Down the road towards Auburn on 99 there's an RV shop on the right in 5 and they're cheaper and more reliable in my experience the parts guy knows motorhomes and 5th wheels inside out
Bummer.
Yes, they do. If there isn't a Camping World near you, you could check online
Not sure call and ask. Most of the rest areas on i-5 have dump stations that are free also the state parks but they have a 5 dollar fee
If you are a member, we can look up the transaction and yes, can return. If you are not a member, you likely can return it but for store credit.
I believe that they do. They have most brands of satellite receivers.
Hello Jack. I think that I had the same question about that. But I called CW to find out how I did the registration requirements for the generator and found out that the cashier did it for me when I paid out. It might be something similar in your case. It's probably best for you to contact CW directly and find out.
Google it. I just followed a YouTube video's suggestions on diagnostics and trouble shooting, then I bought the piece on Amazon Prime.
