First off I would like to say that our ES F Sport is exactly how I wanted it and it is perfect! We first came to Lexus, due to a referral from my husband’s boss who previously purchased a car from, Bruce. We met Bruce earlier this year and test drove an ES but found love with the F sport model. The process to order our car was easy and painless. We were told that our car would arrive within a few months, as I was very particular with the color, style and interior. Bruce kept in communication with me throughout the months leading up to our delivery. I also wanted to add tinted windows to the car before we picked it up. During our financing process it was one of the easiest process we’ve had. It was fast and we locked in an amazing rate. They walked us through the car, the features, warranty, the Lexus app and so much more! We also purchased items from the accessories shop to add to our car to keep it looking clean and beautiful! Bruce also kept in contact with us after we purchased the car to ensure everything was good. From start to finish our experience was wonderful. The whole staff is very knowledgeable! You’re treated amazing! I trust them for all our future purchases! We highly recommended everyone looking for a beautiful Lexus to come and ask for Bruce!

I purchased a new SUV from here on 1/22/2022. We worked with Phil Nguyen (sales) for months to get the exact car we wanted. He was extremely attentive and easy to work with. Once the SUV arrived the purchasing process was fairly painless. Before we left, Iris Chang walked us through all the tech features included in the car and patiently answered all our questions. Iris was fun to work with and made us even more excited about the car. The only weird thing that happened was as we were about to get in the car and drive away a salesman walked up and asked Phil (and not me) if he could let his client look at the interior- before I knew what was going on the client was sitting in the front seat of our new car! The salesman walked away without saying thanks or anything at all. I hope this isn't normal behavior and I think some training could be helpful for that particular individual. I am not factoring this event into my rating because it was an outlier. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would happily return for future business.

Hi Eric, it sounds like you'll need a full seat replacement in order to change the color of the leather. Unfortunately we can only provide minor interior repair services, we'd recommend visiting an upholstery shop that specializes in leather!
