We purchased a Surveyor Legend 240-BHLE from Baydo's RV in Fife, WA this winter and have had nothing but excellent 5-star service and support! Tommy provided the most in-depth walk through in our RV at the time of purchase that I have ever experienced at a dealership. He promised we could text him with our RV questions and we have done that several times after our first few trips in the RV. He responds right away with the answers we need to get the most out of our trailer use. He is so knowledgeable and helpful. Many thanks to Tommy and to Baydo's!!!

Purchased our IBEX 20BHS exactly a year ago from Scott. First time RV’ers who had gone through over 40 units & many video tours until finally decided on IBEX. Scott was very educational & went through a very detailed walkthrough of all the key trailer components. No high pressure sales. It was clear the store was busy even with pandemic protocols. He’s been a great resource since. We’ve enjoyed 15+ statewide trips since then. If you’re a 1st timer or a long time RV veteran, go to Baydo’s. Also, their nearby service center is super helpful for all accessories, warranty, questions, & prompt service. It’s super busy…Jennifer is very helpful! The financial process was super easy. Great RV rates & payment options. If I were to offer constructive feedback: Baydo’s should have a list of all the basic tools & related supplies you will need with your new RV. Or simply sell it as a separate “kit” as well. There is easily $1500+ in stuff you need. Good thing Camping World is close. Also, in hindsight, we respectfully would not have participated in the subsequent finance department recommendation on RV Parks discussion with KM Resorts. Do you’re due diligence on them.

To anyone looking for a travel trailer go see Tommy and Kim. Two of the nicest gentlemen I have ever worked with. Fair prices but the real key is you become part of the Baydo family. Haven’t felt this good about such a large purchase ever. Five stars aren’t enough.

Really happy with Scott L. at Baydo’s Fife. Met him at the Seatttle 2022 RV Show. Very knowledgeable. Totally transparent when talking about his product and what to expect and what not expect. No hard sell. I bought a 19’ travel trailer and had my walk-through today. Everything was ready as he promised and he took almost 2 hours explaining all the systems and buttons and switches. He gave me his personal cell number and emphasized I could call him any time. The Baydo’s sales lot and sales office is immaculate which I think shows a respect and professionalism to their clients and services. I have confidence if I have any issues they will be there to help me. 5 stars!

It's better if you go to any other dealer besides this on. Baydos is a really bad place. You'll get totally ripped off.
Masks. Cleaning and distancing
Yes or we buy them outright. Depending on what it is.
In Washington state the last thing you want to do is cover your trailer through the cold damp months. Traps more moisture inside causing a butt load of problems. Use a small dehumidifier to trap moisture is the best way to store over the winter months
I would call them on Monday and ask them. Any one of the salesman would be good to work with. I believe the Tacoma RV show is this weekend. You might want to go to the show and ask them directly. Good luck in your search.
