Felt threatened by a police officer to the point of feeling unsafe. He told me and my mother to “roll down the back windows so he knew we didn’t have someone back there who was going to shoot him.” For context, my mother is 86. Then he proceeded to lean on my car and position his body in a threatening way. I felt very scared of him being alone with my old mother. Exercising power and control in a way that was completely oppressive and unethical, which I know police often do but this was my first time experiencing it. I wish I got his name. He was fat and balding and white if that helps which it probably doesn’t because it describes almost every cop I see.
