Well where do I start. Decided to have a good meal at Penn Station tonight and had Dylan take our order and it wasn't as ordered. Supposed to be no salt on fries and came salted had to wait for new fries. The small sandwich was supposed to be light seasoning but was loaded with it ultimately throwing it away. We were the first in line out of 4 other couples and we were last to get our meal that wasn't prepared as ordered. Usually we have a great experience here bit not this time. Mom asked for light seasoning and she couldn't eat it because it was loaded with seasoning. This is the absolute worst experience we have ever had.

Loved curbside order availability. Only problem was with fries. Seemed that they were left over crumbs from bottom of basket. Greasey and longest fry was about 1 1/2 inches. But everything else good. Will stop again.

I love being able to call ahead and pick up from the parking spots with call button. Just as convenient as a drive through. Plenty of meat, best club anywhere in my humble opinion.
