Went to do my second renewal and they wanted new ptsd recommendation when my old one was fine for pst 2 years. They just wanted to charge me to see their ptsd dr to get more money. I called around to other medical card places and they dont require new dr paperwork every year. Also last year my renewal dr was Joseph berger but on my ohio mmj patient portal it said rand dawson. They had the wrong dr listed and James said it was just a formality, I had a dr recommendation on my card for a dr I never saw! I bet the board of pharmacy wouldnt think it was just a formality. I also asked for them to update my phone number on the patient portal last year and they never did. Big disappointment from a long time customer.

I have been debating getting my cannabis card and thought I’d give this place a shot. The wellness clinic was very clean and comfortable and they answered all my questions and helped me figure out if this was right for my chronic pain (that medication wasn’t helping with). Now I’m just waiting on the state to finish things up and I would recommend this place for anyone thinking about medical marijuana!
