They were short staffed and had only one waitress but she was good. She maintained all her tables and even stopped when my 5 yo showed her the cow she drew. The service she provided was exceptional especially with as many tables she had. The food was the standard Bob Evans food. Good but nothing spectacular.

Worst dinner experience we ever had. We never got 2 of the 6 meals order. After everyone else had finished eating the waitress came out and said the kitchen had no chicken. Said ot would be right out. Them 10 minutes later manager came out said chicken should be right out. Never came. She said they would credit chicken salad and honey chicken dinner. 10 minutes later chicken salad came but no honey chicken. Payed bill and told they would put dinner together. 5 minutes later dinner still not ready. Told chicken was not ready Should have been told that before we even ordered our meals. Will not be back and will tell everyone meet about our. Experience

Sometimes your order isn’t 100% right and sometimes we have to wait a little longer but the manager Belinda went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were getting hot delicious food today. I just wanted to say thank you to the whole staff I know every business is short staffed and sometimes customers aren’t understanding either.

I ordered two bowls of sausage gravy.. “bowls” came out to 14$.. that’s fine.. but when I check and check with the to-go lady she claims they’re bowls. And I disagreed yet still just looked at me like I was silly. I didn’t feel like arguing...Clearly from the pic it’s a cup
