My hometown park, of course it’s my favorite..Much variety with obstacles and enough space for crowded days...it can be a bit scary because of the surrounding homeless so I wouldn’t advise leaving your kids by themselves. But if you’re not a momma’s boy get out there ASAP!

I went by recently, it's closed and locked up. You can also check the Tulare City Parks website for any updated information.
Do the lights stay on till 9pm
Yes i took my grandson and it was locked but had him jump the fence so he can have fun. But someone went and unlocked it to do some work and then locked it again even though there was lots of kids inside🤷
