Very pleasant staff, easy return process. Thanks to Maria, Kaitlyn, and another staff member who was doing paperwork, whose name I didn't get, unfortunately. Each was pleasant, efficient, and made my morning brighter, setting me for a great day. Each of the ladies helped me return a heavy portable air conditioner, answered questions knowledgeably, and expressed a sincere apologetic attitude that merchandise didn't fulfill my needs. Outstanding service!

Do not buy big appliances here or at any Lowes because the company they have switched to for warranty work is the worse! They used to have a good company but they went with another one who is terrible. Had them over this week to work on my washer and he ended up banging my washer into my dryer and put a huge dent in it. Didn't tell me about it of course but I heard the noise when he did it. When I questioned the obvious, he denied it. So done with Lowes.

Got sent all over the store and still didn't find what I was looking for. Tried 3 days in a row to buy carpet but no help. Never again. I can order on Amazon faster

They now have mulch straw in smaller than the large bail. It is formulated to work better than the traditional straw for putting over new grass seed.
