Ordered replacement appliances and you can always count on Lowes Home improvement center to have a special on their appliances on the 4th of July. The customer service they provide is impeccable. A small wait time for my order but worth it. Lowes team members helped us load the appliances and strap everything down. Thank you for shopping at Lowe's with a smile

Don't use this location for online purchase and pick up because they'll cancel your order but not even tell you. other locations call and tell you for whatever reason they can't fill your order not this location which is poor business. Also, there is no one answering phones at the store and if you do manage to get someone they hang up on you.

Employees are friendly, helpful, and know the store. I had never been one to go to home improvement stores but, now I go to Lowes once a week.

Absolutely horrid experience. We bought a refrigerator and they tried to deliver to the wrong address despite being given the correct address several times! Then the appliance needed service ( not even a year and a half old). We had purchased the 3 year protection plan. I was on hold for an hour and half just to schedule the service call. At the time I made sure that they had the correct address. Service day came and guess what?!? They screwed it up again and the repair company the contract through doesn't service our area. Once again on hold with lowes...going on over an hour now...Disgusted with the whole company.
