*glimer tx* I wouldn't have given them even 1 star. First of all Rude manager!! I couldn't keep my washing machine so they had to take it back. I also had a recliner on the contract. I wanted to keep my recliner and was told no. I'm having to move and there is no hook ups for the machine. I had to take this apartment because it was the only one I could afford.You would think they could make an exception for matters like this. I was told it would be reported to my . So, I ask if I still had credit with them she said only if you pay what your balance was. Who wants to pay almost $800 for something your not getting!!!!! So, I Know there is another furniture store that I can get credit . Really this was something beyond my control. You would think they would make exceptions for that kind of situation. The manager needs to learn how to be more professional and not talk down to customers!!!!!
