Horrible delivery service experience. Ordered a refrigerator and got the add ons for the new one to be hooked up, and the old refrigerator taken. Delivery guys came and immediately said they can't deliver because we need a plumber to come out to set up the water line... this was confusing because the order said what all we needed so how they showed up without the plumber is beyond me. I asked the the guy how long this would take and he ensured us it would be within the hour and that they would be back ( I kept asking the guy would he be back once the plumber came out and he confirmed several times that he would be) had I known he would not be back I would have had them leave the refrigerator and we set the line up ourselves (but again he insured us he would be back). My experience with deliveries is that they typically come really fast, which they did, so we just put frozen things on the table. The plumber came back within 3 hrs (instead of the 45mins-1hr told to us by delivery guy). Upon leaving, we called customer service and they informed us the deliver people would not be back today. This is a bit upsetting because we adjusted our schedules to accommodate a deliver that took longer than it was supposed to that ultimately needed to be rescheduled for another day.

While they have what you are looking for...they ipchared my credit card AFTER I bought the item and picked it up my self with no explanation. Poor business practice. Will now shop elsewhere for my items.

Favorite place best prices but their store credit card is bunk. Locked me out won't let me pay then screwed my credit up
