On June first I booked a room with the quality inn in Cincinnati at 5410 ridge Ave, Cincinnati Ohio 45213 for a check in date of 7/22/2022. Upon arrival and check inn we were sent to a room that was completely nasty with the beds not made up, other peoples personal belongings in the room and trash spilling out cans. When we returned to the check in desk we were given another room that was also still dirty with feces on the outside and inside of the toilet, the bed sheets were stained with visible body sweat and dirt and there were personal belongings in the bed and under the covers that were from previous guests. The vending machines don't work, there was no coffee supplied in the room, and no liners for the ice bucket, and a wet smell that we couldn't get out of the room all night. No help or assistance was provided to us to resolve any of the issues except for a couple sheets that we waited over and hour for and had to put on the bed ourselves. Please reach out with some kind of resolution for these multitude of problems listed above.

I was told by management I should be ashamed of myself for not leaving once we realized how awful this place was. Now there was no way to realize that once you got in the shower that you had to bath in the shower from the room above as water was leaking through the ceiling which was covered in mold. Nastiest place I have ever stayed in and I am not a pup. I would not turn the TV on because I was afraid to touch the remote. I won't go into detail about the headboards but I will let you imagine. Now we paid $282.51 for the room. The clerk told me it was normally a $60 room which now after looking he was correct so basically got robbed. Do yourself a favor and sleep in car at rest area...it is better.

I would not let my dog stay in this room. The sheets was dirty…. Stains all over sheets room and hallways smelled bad. It was hard understanding the front desk person English was horrible. I go to take a shower only to find blood in the shower all over the walls. I asked the guy in the front desk could he clean the bathroom and he said no. He told me he will give me the cleaning supplies to clean it myself . Horrible experience they should close this hotel down.

Rooms smell like they have never been cleaned. Beds are worse than sleeping on a concrete floor. As you walk in it looks lovely but this hotel puts the cherry on “don’t judge a book by its cover”
