Our stay was great!! My husband daughter and her boyfriend was with us. Of course as many people do is check out the rooms and we did that. The first room was on the 10th floor facing downtown Cincinnati! Our room was clean, A/C was cold, beds pillows covers were also clean no bed bugs, no stains at all. Our room was crisp clean smell, no moldy mildew or wet dogs smell! We went to baseball game and when we got back to our room the shower was just dripping water. I went downstairs and let the young ladies and gentlemen at the front desk that we didn’t have water pressure in our shower. Immediately they found us another room and just like the first time we checked out everything and the next room was just as clean as the first room. The front desk was very helping, respectful, understanding, and sincere about our situation. We would recommend to anyone. Thank you very much! We were able to watch the beautiful fireworks across the Cincinnati sky line on our last night there.

The place was clean even though they don't do housekeeping because of covid. Sketchy and very loud neighborhood. Horrible sleeping conditions because of the noise at the street and the windows are thin and provide no insulation. Air conditioning barely kept up with the heat. Wi-Fi wasn't even good. Did not feel safe in the parking structure. I will not be returning.

Positive: It was ok for the price. You get what you pay for. It served our purpose for the trip. It wasnt that bad. Ive stayed at better and of course I paid more. Staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Very close to downtown Negative: The room was clean but needed a deep clean.

The hotel was a little run-down, and the lobby is dull and dim. The rooms were obviously dated, but they were clean and had all the proper amenities. The location of the hotel was PERFECT, providing easy access to the rest of the city. Overall, I would stay here again if traveling to Cincinnati.
