Well first the car was on Empty when I picked up the rental, the person helping me did take 45.00 off the total agreement but it should have been more it took me 50.00 to fill up the car. Then when I returned the vehicle I had an exceptionally long wait considering there were 2 people working the counter and neither seemed real interested in getting me checked out.

This is the worst Enterprise car rental pickup. I’m relocating to Cincinnati and I mistakenly booked a car at this location. They have a “supposed” rule that you can’t use a debit card unless you have a new address within 50 miles. As a result of this new rule I was stranded without a car. The staff was not very helpful (Conner was the most attentive) The bathroom wasn’t clean and there wasn’t toilet paper. I was able to reserve a car at my favorite enterprise location. The Kia I rented through an insurance claim is so new, nice, and greatly maintained shape as well as cleanliness. They even kindly enough to waive the fee when my card declined to due being an online banking card you can receive in the mail. They were so kind, same day service and they could deliver me to the vehicle.

I was truly satisfied with the customer service at this location. They provided me with several choices of vehicles to select from. I definitely walked away a very happy customer. I have to say, there was one representative that went above and beyond to meet my satisfaction, and her name is Tevin. She was awesome! I thank the team for the smiles and thank you. Under $100 dollars but be prepared for a security deposit of at least $50.00 not including the cost of gas and if you dont carry insurance youll be charged for their insurance policies as a requirement.
They do if you go on their website. I think they only rent them from the airport location though.
Lower vehicles yes. I believe anything past a SUV requires major credit card. Pick up and drop off at another location requires major credit card.
I've seen people do it before. Not sure if your allowed, but I was actually picked up in a rental. The woman told me she just didn't want to put the miles on her own car.

I mostly can discount from the points I earned from previous rental as reward plus member. The more you rent, the more you collect points that can be used for free rentals or discount. I found though rare coupons online. You can also sign up for email newsletters throw Enterprise and will receive offers or coupons for discount. One of the guys gave me a full size upgrade for free because they did not have the compact cars. Hope that helps.
