I travel just about every week for work and stay in many hotels. This is only the second time in the last decade I've had to change hotels because of room cleanliness. My first room appeared clean except for the stains in the tub. I'm guessing that's due to the age of it.. that's fine it looked clean. The faucet handle wasn't clean and there wasn't any bar soap. I normally do a full bed inspection but I was too tired to do one this time and just spot checked for bed bugs. When I went to turn in for the night I noticed the sheets had a yellow ring on them and a couple other spots and upon further inspection it looked as if the sheets were just filthy.. I went downstairs and got another room. This one had a red something on the duvet cover and the end tables weren't wiped down. The third room had a bloody snot or something along those lines at the foot of the bed and again, the surfaces weren't wiped down. The cup rings on the end table was evidence of that. I ended up checking out. Will never stay here again.

We travel often for travel baseball, and we prefer to stay at Hilton Garden Inns. This one has a very fantastic, positive, helpful staff, but the hotel could use some improvements. Definitely way understaffed. We stayed for 3 nights. Not enough pool towels. The cleaning staff and the breakfast staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed (but still super friendly). Please give Tania a raise - she went above and beyond for my family. Thermostat never worked right in our room (507). Breakfast was great but the voucher system is a pain. At previous Hilton Garden Inns, you just give your room number and order. If we paid for breakfast with our room reservation, we shouldn't need vouchers (that we weren't even given upon initial check-in). This hotel could learn a lot from the one in Carmel, IN! Would love for both managers to chat with each other someday about their hotels!

The keys weren't working but the staff were great about bringing us to our room and opening our door for us. The room is nice but not overly lit and smelled a little musty. Not bad but little things. There isn't a complimentary breakfast but not a deal killer as I dont eat much for breakfast. Nice looking building with up to date decor and amenities.

Very modern and clean. Would really appreciate it if they would put more than 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel for bathing. Also, the k-cups are nice but we only had decaf. They can do better.
