My family first started going to American Medical in the 80's. I rarely post reviews, but I recently needed to find a local registered respiratory therapist and CPAP supplier, and finding who is local (when you call many "local" providers you get some national phone bank) and also responsive, is nearly impossible. I found Angie to be an excellent, knowledgeable, and responsive respiratory therapist, and gets extra bonus points for having the skill and patience to also be able to deal with the elderly demographic.

I used another medical supply company in Tacoma, they had no customer service compared to American Medical. I'm a private caregiver and get supplies monthly for incontinence and respiratory. I look forward to visiting and also getting my wifes and mine respiratory supplies at the same time. There has been times everyone in the office has been working for me at one time. So I would get fast service. Thanks to all the staff at American Medical in Tacoma, Destiny, Angie, Leslie, and Raina.

I had the distinct privilege to meet and work with Angie Bailey when I needed to purchase CPAP supplies. She met me at a convenient store nearest me to fit me with a mask. My equipment was discontinued and she brought several options to try. She made me feel like she had all the time in the world for me. It is because of her I will return to purchase more supplies. I have had a CPAP machine since the early 90's and have bought my supplies online for many years. Mostly due to poor customer service and crazy inflated pricing by 'Here one day and gone the next" companies. I recently got a job that required me to obtain a CDL. I called around to the first 2 no customer service companies with no answers just frustrations I made one last effort and contracted Angie at American Medical Rental & Supply and lets just say it is nice that a company and their employees still get it. Angie went out of her way countless times to help me and did not disappoint. You have a customer for life.
