They are a great company until you sign a contract, then they don't show for scheduled appointments. I have had 10 appointments and they didn't show for 6 of them. It's frustrating because I take a day off of work for this and nothing. Don't waste your money. Update: I received an email from WE stated they serviced the property the day they didn't show. I was home all day and have 24 hour ADT cameras. No one showed. No one serviced. But I was charged. I am sorry but that is fraud. Called customer service and it took over 40 min to cancel because "their computers kept erroring". Doubt that was true. Tempted to contact BBB to let them know they are charging customers and not providing services. Also, Western Exterminator, please don't state here that you want to make things right. I have contacted you several times. You don't make things right. You just state your concern on here to make future customers think you care.

I have been a loyal customer of Western Exterminator for over 10 years. Service began after I was gone for over a month, after returning, I discovered mice were living in my walls and crawl space! I could hear them while trying to sleep. They responded in record time. They took care of the issue, taking several hours. I have utilized their services ever since. “Alfred K.” (Technician) has gone above and beyond the call of duty. He has become a family friend. I trust him 100% - always provides exceptional service, leaving a thorough report. If he is on vacation, temporary technicians provide service, and these Technicians have always been cordial and thorough. I trust this company. A few months ago, Alfred’s manager was with him. I expressed my gratitude. PS: Alfred also locks my gate when he is done as well.

We're a long-time customer and our regular on-site exterminator is helpful and knowledgeable. The support staff seems to leave something to be desired. Because of some problem with their notification system, there was no advance notification of the date for our quarterly visit. They claim to have called a day in advance, but there was no message on our answering machine (and we received other voice messages the same day). For some reason, they can't be bothered to continue doing notifications by email. It seems to be an instance of blaming the pandemic for reducing their level of customer service.

We have used this pest service for over 10 years. Our service tech Parker is friendly, professional and always keeps me updated on arrival time. They take care of our large property which includes a barn and several other outbuildings. We have a box elder beetles and they have been able to control them.

Ants, as you may know, prefer to eat sweet things. In the wild ants will eat a substance secreted by aphids called honeydew. Ants also eat sugary nectar secreted by plants or fruits. Ants will gladly feed on oranges, mangoes and other fruit in the wild. When ants get inside your home or business, they'll eat sugary foods like actual sugar, candy, or other substances. However, ants will also carry back scraps of food they find on the floors, kitchen counters or other substances they find. Ants will then leave a trail for other ants to follow to the food source. For ant control methods, contact your local Western Exterminator office.
Stink bugs are also known as shield bugs, which probably gives some idea of what they look like when seen from above. There are Green shield bugs which are emerald green in color and the Brown Marmorated Stink Bugs which is brown with white spots. Stink bugs look like shields from above, with wide "shoulders", which are the top of their wings, which taper to a kind of point near the rear of the insect. Most common stink bugs are gray or brown in color with six legs with large antenna extending from their heads. Stink bugs have white and brown markings around the edge of their body, legs and antenna. If you have a lot of stink bugs around your home, contact Western Exterminator for stink bug removal solutions.
Boxelder bugs come out during certain times of the year and some areas experience a lot of them. When they first hatch from their eggs, they are red in color, then become more of the dark black with red stripes which most people see. Boxelder bugs like to cling to the sides of a house, building or tree that faces to sun to absorb the warmth from sunlight. The best method of getting rid of boxelder bugs in your home is to prevent them from getting inside at all. Seal up cracks and holes in the exterior of a building. Make sure screens are installed in windows and screens with breaks or holes are repaired. Western Exterminator pest specialists can also offer boxelder bug solutions for your property.
