This area has been well developed and is a wonderful use of space for the public. Nice place to take a stroll and to people watch. Plenty of options for some grub. Well designed layout and great architectural work. Enjoyable spot to spend time with family and friends.

Still in progress but there are enough quality resturaunts open and nice walking paths to take a stroll. The water area is nice for the kids in the summer too. Good place to spend an afternoon. Nice family atmosphere during the day.

It's very beautiful there, especially on a clear sunny day at sunset. Everyone that was there on my last visit seemed to be having a great time. I recommend going down there for a walk or some food.

Very nice breezy walk with parking nearby. Not crowded on the weekends with plenty of spots to take in the view or take a seat. People walk their dogs on leashes. It’s not a very long walk. Restaurants nearby and not far from the farmer’s market

Yes! The drinking fountain even has a bowl for dogs to drink from.
Not really. Better to go east under i-5 bridge and east of Joe's Crab shack restaurant and park at second parking lot. There is a path to the waterfront. You can see it on satellite view. Down river is Frenchman's bar park.
The public parking lots are now pay to park. It is $1.25 per hour.
They have paid parking but not sure of RV parking.
According to an article from the columbian: "Vancouver forbids activity due to safety concerns" and it looks to be due to the height of the pier.
Summer 2019 - so sometime between now and September 21. Maybe it will be warm enough outside to use it 😉
Yes but can be hard to find during busy times. Went on a Friday night about 6pm everything was full! Ended up parking somewhere I'm sure I wasn't suppose to.tye street parking and lots were completely full!
I am an electrician building the apartments on the waterfront. I don't know about the condos but I was quoted 1826-1876 for a studio apartment. 2123-3013 for a 1bed 1 bath, and 2956-3968 for a 2 bed 2 bath. Just little out of my process range lol
