I am an electrician building the apartments on the waterfront. I don't know about the condos but I was quoted 1826-1876 for a studio apartment. 2123-3013 for a 1bed 1 bath, and 2956-3968 for a 2 bed 2 bath. Just little out of my process range lol
I spoke with the leasing agent earlier in the week about some commercial space and he mentioned the condos have not been released yet- rumor has it they will go for about $1,000 sq. ft. so 700 Sq. 1 bedroom for $700,000! Will be a challenge to fiance the first few. Apartments are showing now for rent.
