This is my closest Kohl's to my home. I do love the merchandise and the product they have at Kohl's. However I do want to say that I really dislike the vibe of this specific Kohl's. I shopped at Kohl's all the time in Denver Colorado. And I also shopped it Kohl's in the Tri-Cities Washington. We just moved to Vancouver last year and bought a home here. The Tri-Cities Kohl's was very chill very relaxing to be at. The staff was very nice the managers were always very nice. I feel like the manager I think it's the manager at this Hazel Dell Kohl's location he's a thin Caucasian middle aged man. He seems very unfriendly and he always seems to be, I don't know. Hiding around the store, lurking about at customers. I don't know what he's doing. He never seems to have a smile on his face. I wish the managers were a little nicer to customers at this particular location. I'm a middle-aged stay at home mom. When my kids are at school I like to go to Marshalls and Ross and TJ Maxx and Kohl's. I want to shop in stores where the employees are nice to us customers. Where I feel welcomed walking into the store. I will shop in here again. Because again I like the products, I like the merchandise. I just wish it was a happier shopping experience.

Went in to do an Amazon return, which is convenient and a bonus was I got $5 in Kohl's cash to use when I did my return! So I shopped the clearance racks and found something good to get. Store was clean and employees were friendly.

Very clean inside and great staff, however it is extremely overpriced. The only way you get a decent deal is if you get the 25% off coupon when you have an Amazon return. Also DO NOT get the kohl’s credit card, that is nothing but trouble.

I have been to many Kohls stores over the years and this one is hands down my favorite. What makes this Kohls so great you ask? Well its the PEOPLE!! Every associate here is knowledgeable, helpful, and focused on providing the best experience possible. A lot of kohls stores lack in the organization and cleanliness department but, this one is the opposite. Everything is prestine and put tigether. Awesome job guys!
