All the employees have been great except for Kelly at the groomers. Nail trims are advertised online and in-store as no appointment needed, and we were told all we would need was the proof of rabies vaccination. She gave us attitude from the start, saying they didn't usually do that because they're so booked up. Why advertise it as a walk-in service then? Very rudely went through the questions, acting like we were asking for the world. It took longer for her to do this than trimming the nails. She didn't even have a dog she was working on. She asked why the last time he wasn't able to get them trimmed, and we said he just gave them too much grief. She comes out and says "well I was able to do it, what kind of p*ssy establishment did you take him to last time?" Bravo on barely doing your job.

This was my final visit to this store or to their brand entirely. Their team members are belligerent, rude, and at best described as bullies... I have yet to find this untrue in any store I have visited. To further expand, their returns policy is inflexible, and having cats that randomly go off their food or litter makes this situation quite uncompromisable. I took the products to a competitor and my return was accepted without receipt or question. Petco should truly try to do customer service that centers on the customer instead of the bad attitudes of their staff. I would never trust the veterinary care of my girls to them, and have lost all trust in their employees as knowledgeable and caring individuals. This companies policies should go under serious review, but even if they do, this customer is gone alongside anyone else I can tell to go elsewhere
