The staff was friendly. My daughter had a $15.00 gift card. She picked out her items and we go to the register. The gift card didn't work. I paid for the items but I felt ripped off. She bought some rings and they broke before we even got home. Overpriced poor quality trinkets. I will never get gift cards for this store again.

I went to get my ears pierced, and the piercing gun gave me a Staph infection. I highly recommend not going here if you want a safe piercing.

Stood there for 10 minutes and politely asked a worker if I could get something out of the case. She didn’t even acknowledge I was there and kept on talking to another customer whom had noticed i asked and said go ahead. Never coming here again. I even waited after I asked for 5 more minutes.

My daughter loves Claire's and it is the one store in the mall she spends the most time in. They do have a large selection of items and unless you take advantage of the buy three deals, it can be a bit pricey. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
