They have free patient parking on the side of the building or a pay lot right next to it (in case the spots are filled).

With parental/guardian consent and low income or insurance.

When it comes to any medical procedure, it varies depending on the person. This would be something you would need to speak to your provider about. Contact the place where you might want to receive services, or where you have received service, so you can speak with a nurse. They might have follow up questions that go along with your question, like how heavy is the bleeding and or what color is it. Also, all medical facilities have someone available 24 hours, so if you were given a specific number to call use that, if not call that places number and there should be a staff member or a recording that leads you to a 24 hour or emergency number.
