Was searching unsuccessfully for an item. But that's not the problem. My search brought me to the back of the store, where I spotted a men's room. After using, found the auto-faucet wouldn't work. So . . . I went around the corner, through the 'Employees Only' door, and found another men's room close by. On the way out, I reported the broken faucet to the person at the Customer Service desk (no line behind me). She made no acknowledgment, no apology for the broken fixture. She just looked at me, finally said 'There's a restroom up here near the door'. I told her that it was OK, that I used the one in the Employees area. She replied "You shouldn't be using that restroom". I answered "And YOU shouldn't have a public restroom with a broken faucet." She just continued to slouch on the counter; I asked if she knew if it had been reported already, and she answered "I'm pretty sure it has." Customer Service is the WRONG job for this person. Store Manager, take note! Would the Health Dept. be interested in this incident?

This was the only store that carried German Chocolate cake mix. All the rest claimed they did, but never had any on their shelves. The rest of the pictures included were priced below the rest so I couldn't pass them up. The shelves are always full and the employees here are so polite and helpful. If you do have to shop for groceries or even other items, shop here you can't go wrong!
