I put on application 2019 and they said the would get in touch with me soon so when the covid 19 came everything was shut down so you know what happened I had to wait till they were back up and running and by the grace of God they came out and did my sewer line and my water line God bless me

You can’t get the person who looks at the applications on the phone. You can’t even leave a message because the mail box is full. They need better people in charge of these programs that are put in place to help people.

There was an error with my rental assistance. I’ve reached out via emails, 311 with the same genetic responses. It will be in 2 to 3 weeks for the correction and it has been literally almost 5 months. I’ve reached out to my Council Person (a joke). It really doesn’t make an sense. I understand that I’m not the only person waiting in limbo, but I can only speak on my situation. I’m very disappointed in the system and the people that’s put in place to assist the public. I guess it will be a lost. I don’t know if the news media can help or what.. Frustrated not fraudulent! Update, after most a year. I think the issue maybe close to being resolved. One particular person was helping me from the beginning. I won’t put her name, but I appreciate her efforts and help. This is a long process.
