The Western Union hours are incorrect for this business and if you need this service past 8pm (website says open until 10pm), you will be treated like garbage by the customer service desk. My father was told “the hours have been changed before COVID,” like they had almost 3 years to change the website, knew this was a problem, and did nothing about it.

Store experience not so great. They need to get new Management. I saw some female worker go off on a customer. Cashiers had to rescan all my items before cause they missed some stuff. Some guy in Dairy Department was very kind enough to help me with my shopping though. An I saw some female get all sassy with him. I feel like the good workers are not getting enough recognition. An I think that things should be checked with the other stuff. Everything took long at floral as well just to get help. Shelves were better than last time.

In the evenings they will only have one lane open with cashier. Must do self serve at these times. The employees are helpful if you need something.
