My pump to the well abruptly failed at 3 in the afternoon. I called Marquis Well & Pump and they were there by 4pm and replaced everything. The technician was friendly and polite and very kind. He did all the work at the end of the day when I’m sure he was hot and exhausted!!! Perfect job!! 10 stars highly recommend!!!!!!

We had a no-water situation during a snowstorm, and after calling 25 businesses we could not find a company that would help us. We almost lost hope but Randy was prompt, timely, very communicative throughout, and upfront about all potential costs. He replaced our well pump and tank within 1.5 hrs of arriving on site. His level of service is rare these days.

I can not say enough about these folks. Woke up to no water from our well, googled for emergency service near me, found Marquis and within a few hours their team was at my house to fix the issue. Not only did they arrive before the estimated time they quickly identified the issues and made the recommended replacements/repairs. They had all the necessary equipment and material on the truck and we had water back the same day. New well pump, wiring, pressure tank and plumbing - in single digit temperatures!! I had lost faith in good customer service and quality work, these folks restored it. Don’t waste your time with anyone else for your well service needs.
