Nasty rooms /bathrooms . Pool was clean but kids swimming in hot tub like a pool. Not cool. Food was everywhere on walls in rooms . Even the curtains had food. The shower curtain where brown . I have pics . I sent an email to 2 different account for this hotel. I hope higher up sees my pic . There are other hotel in Akron with indoor pools with slides . I paid for 3 rooms due to having a birthday there. Never again . Place was nasty . No pools rule but Watch Your Kids . Which standing at the side door smoking is not the same . Great customer service from Hailey and I think Cady or Cathy . Front desk does try n do there jobs and make you happy. But nasty is nasty

The beds were uncomfortable and way way over priced! I paid $160 each night we stayed. No entertainment in the area was worth that price! I am calling corporate. The pool was disgusting. I was told the pool was open 10 am to 10 pm. It was closed from 12 noon to 3 pm. We were not told that. Total waste of money when you have a younger kid and pool is closed most of the Day time!!!! The sauna was closed one of the days there because kids were jumping off the ledge. Poor design in my opinion. Put up railings, that might help? Does anyone ever service that pool? It is falling apart. Duck tape on the walls. The list goes on and on. I should get a refund. $80 a night hotel at best!

Total waste of Money. No maid service. All 3 rooms I booked had dirty bed sheets. Only to be giving dirty folded bed sheets to replace at the front desk. The pool was closed half the time we were there. The room door would not lock in the one room and 2 rooms had mold on the ac unit and refrigerator. When speaking with the GM about correcting these issues he was very rude. High recommend staying somewhere else if your in area

The pool was the whole reason we went, and it did not disappoint my 5 year old. She had a blast. Older kids would be satisfied with it too, fun slide, you can take in your water toys and the pool is heated. The pool area is super warm inside too and hot tub was nice. Pool area has a nice bathroom and decent locker room, and a general use rinse off shower is also in the pool area too. Little game room was cute. Breakfast was disappointing, I'm sure due to COVID restrictions. Rooms are outdated, carpets torn and some usage stains on chairs. Beds were super comfy, pillows good too. Shower was decent. Fridge and microwave were typical. We will definitely go back for the fun pool. Mexican restaurant next door was excellent.
