Great staff, very clean rooms. The bed and pillows are so soft and comfy you feel at home. I only stay at this hotel.

We got in around 11pm and the gentleman behind the front desk was very polite and had a smile the entire time. This man was very accommodating and gave us no hassle about both of us having service animals in one room which was nice because even in high end hotels where hundreds are spent I've been hassled despite federal laws that allow it. We got to the room and it was quaint, clean and cozy but mostly fit the need we had. Absolutely no issues and check out was a breeze.

Don't care about the customer only money, their room sent me in a panic attack from the smell (ptsd from a fire) then told me to call Expedia to cancel, that they couldn't, when I used hotels.com, then canceled my room anyway while I wasn't there, came back to not being able to get in my room, sent me to a different one which was way cheaper, tried to contact hotels.com and they had to do it through hotel and they refused any kind of credit. Literally the worst hotel experience I have ever had

Positive: I liked the ease of access to the main roads and ease of access from the car to my room. With two dogs, a handicapped person and a lot of stuff to bring to the room, this accessibility was necessary. Negative: I left my dogs' water bowl and rubber dog mat in my room when I checked out. I called the hotel and asked them to ship these items at my expense to me. They said they would but after several calls and 3 weeks, I had a local friend pick them up for me.
