Went to check in sat in the lobby for 30 min waiting on someone to check us in. Lady came to the desk extremely rude, like we were an inconvenience to her. Got to the room the most disgusting room i have ever seen. The hair dryer cord I unplugged from the wall afraid it would catch fire again...(looked like it did before). The mirrors haven't been washed nor the windows..mattress looked like it had blood on the side of the sheets, holes in the blankets,hole in the wall,floor I have pictures. I wish I could give this place a negative 20. Please do not stay here unless you are desperate and like filth...

Had booked a king suite for two nights. Get to the room and there is no power in the room. Go back to the front desk and no one there. Waited 10 minutes and then went to my car to wait. Receptionist finally came back after 30 minutes. She said she would change rooms. Go to the second room and again disappointed. This time the room was a mess and the bed was dirty. She said they are all like that. Got my refund and went elsewhere. Horrible service and all together hotel!

The front desk staff was very rude, the housekeeping staff acted as though they didn't want to be there. We asked for 1 additional pillow for our king size bed, and were told to "go look for yourself". Staff and customers were smoking in the lobby, the hall smelled of cigarettes as did our room. Just very disappointing in business of hospitality.

I had to change rooms. The first room there was skid marks in the toilet. The bed had crusted stains on them and hairs that weren’t mine. When I went down to the front desk I was told “there would be stains in any of the rooms” she wasn’t lying at least. The second room was slightly cleaner. It had cigarette burns in the blankets, toilet was broken and didn’t flush and stains under the sheets. Beds are rock hard. Whole place smells like cigarettes. Don’t stay here!
