The room was never cleaned from the prior guest when I checked in. It was disgusting, blood on the sheets, trash cans overflowing, and soda bottles all over the room. My options were to try to find another hotel or sleep in my car. This was at 10:00 at night and the other hotel close by was sold out as was mine. The desk clerk apologized but she said there was no cleaning staff in at that hour of night. My room was on the third floor and there was dirty towels outside many of the rooms in the hall. Overall it was a total disaster.

The attendants were nice but very poorly dressed. Not a professional look at all. They were wearing regular street clothes and just looked like the next person off the street could jump behind the counter and start working. The breakfast area was nice, neat and clean. I experienced a few problems however, that I wont get into largely. Just make sure you check your account and aren't billed twice. Make sure you have the room you requested. And make sure everything works in the room.

Positive: Very nice and clean Negative: Specifically booked this hotel room for the indoor pool. When arriving we were told the indoor pool was closed for repairs. If I would¿ve known that, I wouldn¿t have booked.

I would have gave this hotel five stars if it wasn't blood on the sheets when I first real arrived. So that means the housekeeper didn't even check the room and the manager didn't even checked on to make sure it was clean and also dryer wasn't getting my clothes dry but I think that was due to the washer because about time to load I finish my clothes were soaking wet and I didn't put a large amount of clothes in the washer but I can't blame them for that because that's either their hands. My kids did like the breakfast they said it was good and hot and it also was good that they serve breakfast because I had to get the kids up and dressed for school I didn't have to spend money on breakfast I really like the clerks at the front desk customer service they all were pretty nice instead of the clerk that said she was going to give me a refund because of that incident with the blood on the sheets and I do have pictures of that in my Gmail account but next time I go to another Hampton inn I'll just make sure when I first check in that I asked for sheets and covers that way I can make the beds of myself.
