Angelina was super helpful and willing to help me through every step of the process!! Even when there was no available unit in the size I needed she was the first one to come up with a solution!! Definitely consider working with her I tried many other storage places near Kent and none of them were as willing to help as Extra Storage!!!

Angelina (hope I have her name correct) was courteous, personable & extraordinary in customer service. She assisted in providing us storage space and solved any problems or questions we had. The spaces are kept well & secure. This is the most convenient out of the way storage yet it was accessible. I recommend this business for any storage needs especially with the great customer service provided by Angelina.

I just recently rented a unit from Extra Space. This was hands down the easiest experience of my life. The online system was so easy to navigate and explains everything perfectly. Angelina at the Kent location called to welcome me and was so kind and provided all the information I had questions on. Thank you for not making a stressful move even more stressful!!
